ALTRINCHAM head to Alfreton Town on Saturday afternoon (3pm) as the Robins look to continue their play-off push.

The 2-1 win over Kidderminster last weekend may not have been the prettiest but it was a vital three points to cement Alty’s place in the play-off spots and third place remains the target.

Phil Parkinson is recovering players from injury at a vital time of the season, and while there may not be changes to the team for this match, the quality and depth of his squad is going to be tested with five matches in the next two weeks.

Alfreton have had a difficult season but are in very good form as of late having picked four wins and two draws from their last six matches, so the trip to the Impact Arena will be a difficult test for the Robins.

Last time out:

The two sides both met in October with Altrincham picking up a convincing 3-1 victory at The J.Davidson Stadium.

A quickfire treble came from Owen Dale, Max Harrop and Jordan Hulme in the first 25 minutes as the Robins threatened to score a hatful of goals against the Derbyshire side.

However, Alfreton kept the score at 3-0 to their credit and got a consolation goal through Richard Peniket but were unable to get back into the game further.

Supporter information:

Robins fans making the trip to the Impact Arena should take note of the postcode DE55 7FZ for their sat-navs.

The easiest way to get to Alfreton via train is by getting a train to Stockport where the Nottingham service runs goes through Alfreton railway station. The ground is then a 15-minute walk from there.

Admission prices:

£14 for each adult (aged 21 upwards)
for each senior citizen (persons aged 65 and over)
for age group 16 to 21
for each student upon production of a valid student card at the turnstile on the day of the game
for children aged 15 and under, provided that they are accompanied through the turnstile by a paying adult
