ALTRINCHAM will look to finish on a high in their last home game of the regular season with another victory against Hereford on Easter Monday (3pm), as they begin to look towards the play-offs.

The Robins are now six points clear of 8th-placed Blyth Spartans with a far superior goal difference, so will be involved in the end of season promotion shake-up barring a couple of freak results.

Phil Parkinson's men put themselves in this position by dispatching Nuneaton Borough at the weekend thanks to goals from Josh Hancock and Max Harrop, and the Alty boss will know the importance of keeping momentum going ahead of the play-offs if his side are to give themselves a chance of earning promotion at the end of the season.

They will take on a Hereford side that are now safe from relegation after a difficult campaign and have only lost twice in their last 12 National League North games, so it will be another test for the side.

Last time out:

The two sides met in October when a dramatic late equaliser saw Altrincham earn a point at Edgar Street in a 1-1 draw.

After a fairly uneventful first half, James Roberts gave the Bulls the lead just after half-time to put the Robins up against it.

However, Alty showed resilience and got their reward for keeping going until the final whistle when Josh Hancock levelled things with just one minute of normal time remaining.

Admission prices:

This match will be segregated and Hereford fans will have access to the new catering facilities in the away end where food and drink will be available. Away fans should enter strictly via turnstiles 3 and 4.
