2021/22 Squad Numbers and Player Sponsorship relaunch

The squad numbers for the new season are finally here, and with them comes an exciting opportunity for Altrincham fans and local businesses to take their support to a whole new level by choosing a player to align themselves with for the entire campaign.

We are all itching to get back inside The J.Davidson Stadium on a regular basis to cheer the lads on, whoever may get the nod from manager Phil Parkinson to pull on the red and white stripes.

But imagine if you had a vested interest in a particular Robins player and he happened to play an integral role in a memorable performance or significant win, whether it be a crucial goal, tackle or save.

What a buzz that would be for any Alty fan, and it’s a special feeling anyone can experience, now the squad list is out and applications are invited to sponsor a player of your choice.

It’s a great way to support the club and help provide a vital extra income stream, and apart from the obvious sense of pride at being your chosen player’s official backer, there’s a host of other benefits in return for your contribution.

There’s the jersey worn by the player you attach yourself to, for one thing, signed by him and yours to keep, and there’s official recognition of your generosity that will be broadcast and published on various Alty media outlets throughout the course of the forthcoming Vanarama National League campaign.

Here’s a full rundown of what you can expect as a shirt sponsor for the 2021/22 season:

Sponsorship perks

Sponsoring a shirt for the coming season will entitle you to all of the below:

  • A choice of match-worn home, away or training shirt. Your shirt will be autograph from the player you have sponsored.
  • A personalised, signed picture from your chosen player.
