Alty Cup tie to be screened in the Community Sports Hall

Altrincham's FA Cup third qualifying round tie at Halesowen will be shown live on the big screens in the Community Sports Hall at The J.Davidson Stadium on Saturday.

Manager Phil Parkinson and the players are hoping for a large, vocal Alty presence at The Grove, and a supporters' coach has been organised by TASC, for a tie that has been selected by the BBC for live coverage on the red button and via their online services.

But the club are mindful not everyone will be able to make the journey to the West Midlands for a kick-off that has been brought forward to 12.30pm, and with that in mind, arrangements have been made for people to follow the team's fortunes in the company of fellow-supporters at Moss Lane.

Entry to the CSH can be gained from midday onwards, and as well as the bar being open, club caterer Richie Bentley will be serving full breakfasts and a variety of barms.

So, if you can't give the lads a yell at the home of the Yeltz, get yourself along to The J.Davidson and cheer them on with a beer and a barm.
