Kidsgrove Athletic v Altrincham preview

Phil Parkinson’s Robins are coming off the back of a 3-0 win at Rhyl on Saturday as goals from Max Harrop and a brace from youngster Ben Elliot were enough to see Altrincham kick off their pre-season in fine form.

They face Kidsgrove Athletic who also played their first match of pre-season at the weekend and they earned a solid 1-1 draw with Port Vale. The Staffordshire outfit has striker Anthony Malbon to thank for his equalising goal, and Alty defenders will have to pay close attention to him on Tuesday.

For this match, the Robins will have the same set of players at the disposal of manager Phil Parkinson with the exception of John Johnston who is unavailable, and he should be able to count on Sean Miller who is expected to be fit to play some part.

Directions from Moss Lane can be found here, alternatively use ST7 1DQ as the post code to get to Kidsgrove.

Live updates can be found in the MatchCentre and you can also listen via Radio Robins.
