The JB Parker Challenge Cup is the only silverware to be won this season by Cheshire Football League Premier Division member clubs, as the league season was curtailed due to COVID-19 with the league table as follows:-
Egerton FC are based in Knutsford & Altrincham FC Reserves play their home games at their Mereheath Lane Ground.
Both sides were trailing with seconds to go in their semi-finals, but dramatic late equalisers by Andrew Tomer for Egerton at Billinge FC & Dre Taylor for the Robins at Broadheath Central, forced both ties to be decided on penalties.
Egerton won 3-1, whilst Marc Bellingham, George Howarth, Max Pouncey, Raheem Mercurius & Dre Taylor all scored for the Robins whilst Joel Torrance heroically saved Broadheath Central's 5th penalty to secure a place in the final.
Get down to the game if you can to support the boys!
