Reserves in Action at the J.Davidson Stadium


There is silverware up for grabs on Tuesday evening (October 29th) at the J.Davidson Stadium, when Altrincham Reserves take on Whaley Bridge Athletic in the CFL (Cheshire Football League) Memorial Cup 2019/20.

This game should have taken place in August, but was postponed due to the Whaley Bridge dam emergency, when more than 1500 people were evacuated from the Derbyshire town.

Kick-off is at 7.45pm & the bar & catering facilities will be open.

The CFL Memorial Cup is played for by the previous season's Cheshire Football League Premier Division league & cup winners.

Altrincham Reserves, as Runners-Up in the Cheshire Football League, Premier Division 2018/19, take the place of Rylands FC, who were promoted as Champions to the North West Counties League.

With specific first team players needing game time, it is possible that some will feature in this game.
