FA YOUTH CUP, 2ND QUALIFYING ROUND, SEPTEMBER 29TH: CHESTER 2 ALTRINCHAM 0

Altrincham FC U18s bowed out of the FA Youth Cup on in a tight game at the Deva Stadium in front of a crowd of 306.
There were no chances for either side until first half added time when Chester's Reece Daly was first to react to a loose ball in
the area to lash a shot into the back of the net after a long throw had caused problems for the young Robins.

After the break, it was a similar story with committed performances from both sides but no real goalscoring oportunities for 2 well matched teams.

Max Giani sealed the game 10 minutes from time, latching on to a fine through ball before firing past Ryan Forde with a composed finish.
